Apex Grand

I have used my Apex reels for about a month now, and I am still impressed. This is a top level reel that is fun to cast, every time. It performs consistently with a smooth feel. I have gained a longer cast with less effort using my Grands.

As a fishing guide my Apex Grand reels get a lot of use and everyone loves them . They are light and just feel right in your hand . Try one and you will want more!

I have been using the Apex Grande for over a year now and I absolutely love it. Very long smooth casting Fitz easy into your palm well-balanced with the ride that I'm using with it plus with the 3-year warranty but then goes wrong I just send it in and they either fix it or replace it with a new one. That's a warranty and company that you can depend on for years to come

Great reels. I have been using Ardent reels now for 5 years and never had any issues. They are smooth, and you can cast any size lure a mile. Amazing reels

The Apex Grand is now my sec it is super light and cast a mile. I have mine with 15lb fluorocarbon and it reels so smooth and makes for a great day on the water

Fantastic reel. Super smooth, light, comfortable and strong. Paired with heavy fluorocarbon for flipping, this reel is absolutely dynamite. These are my go to reels and soon enough my locker will be full of them.

I love these reels!!! They cast like a dream wether I am throwing a weightless senko or a big football jig. I have started to change out all of my Shimanos for these wonderful reels.

By far the best reel I have ever used!! This thing will cast a weight less fluke a mile into wind without having to worry about a backlash! Does take a little bit of time to dial in your settings but once you get them set you will never mess with them again. You can go from throwing a 1oz jig to a wieghtless senko and never have to adjust any of your settings! I love this reel and will be buying alot more!!!

Purchased the Apex Grand based on my XS, XS1000 & F500 Service for many years... The reel is very smooth and when conditions are right, will cast a mile but unfortunately conditions don’t align very often!!... It is an absolute bear to get it tuned and consistent with the same bait and rod... My XS and XS1000 never gave me such fits... Almost like throwing an old Abu-Garcia coffee grinder again....<br />
 I expect I will figure it out but was a little disappointed with functionality compared to the older models.... Cranking power is good and smooth when fighting a fish... Action is very smooth as well... I’m using 12# Berkley 100% Flourocarbon on a 7’0” Kistler KLX MH rod...

Great reel! At first I bought a few and played around throwing different techniques to see what I liked using these reels for the most. It has been my favorite flipping reel I've ever used! It also does very well throwing frogs. Definitely will be buying more of these in the future!

This has to be the best reel for the money on the market. Super smooth, lightweight, low profile yet very tough!

Apex Grand is an awesome reel. It cast and reels super smooth. The reel is very light and fits in my hands comfortably. It cast light baits with ease even against the wind. I would highly recommend this reel.

Not sure what to say, other than this reel has enough power to horse some of the bigger redfish in south west Fl. I paired it with the ardent edge 7'H 12-25lb rod. Absolute beast for any kind of fishing, I highly recommend it.

Very pleased with the Apex Grand. Spent 5 days during the TBF National Championship with 3 days of practice & 2 days of event. The Grand was set up with my A-Rig and it performed extremely well under all the stress. Long smooth cast with very smooth retrieves.

What’s not to like about this bait caster very well put together and casts sooooooooo smooth been putting it through the ringer and so far not a problem I will definitely be buying more

Just like all the Ardent Reels the Apex Grand casts effortlessly. And you can cast it all day it’s so light. Needless to say I ordered 2 more today.

I have 5 Apex Grands and they challenged me to slow down and cast with less power. I am impressed with the smoothness and cast ability of these reels.

I used to use Shimano Curados but decided to try the Apex Grand and I am very happy I did! This reel is one of the lightest reels I have used and it is so smooth! Plus you can cast a mile with it! What a difference. Thank you Ardent!

I can cast futher with my Apex Grand than any casting reel I have used in the past. Its light weight and smooth actions make it a reel that should be In the top end price bracket which makes this reel top end quality at an affordable price for all anglers

I have 2 of the Grands and just ordered my 3rd, they are one of the smoothest reels on the market with the smoothest drag you will find.

I am impressed with the inner braking system of the Apex Grand. I basically set all my reels to every other tab on the inside and the outside adjustment gives me everything I need in any condition. After reading the reviews about how far they cast, I was blown away, these reels sail!

I've had many reels and different setups over the years and many ardent reels an the apex grand has been by far the best reel I have ever had. Smooth reeling and drag and by far will cast a country mile. If your looking for the best reel on the market I would always choose the apex grand
