Bolt Spinning Reel

I am impressed!! The Bolt Reel offers a tremendous value to anglers at this price point. Smooth and durable reel.

I have been using these reels for 2 years now, fishing for everything from bluegill to tournament bass fishing to channel cats they have handled it without a problem.I have used other brands costing in excess of $200 and they didn't hold up to the abuse I have put these through. I highly recommend these reals to anyone looking for a quality product!!

This is for a bolt 2000 reel. I set this up as a unweighted soft plastic system. This paired with the Edge 7' fast rod is a wonderfull combo the balance is great making it comfortable to use. The drag preformed great nice and smooth not jerky. Would I change anything? Maybe make it in red. It would match my setup better. lol

Fished this reel on the Madison for trout, for 8 days. Not a single issue, smooth, great drag, casts well.

Super smooth and love the high speed gear ratio. I owe multiple bolts and hope they continue to make them.

Got this last summer and have been very pleased. My first impression was not good as the handle grip keeper screw kept coming loose on me. A little blue locktite now keeps it tight. Used it all winter ice fishing and subjected the factory grease to -15F and never had a problem with it freezing. Well done and smooth drag to boot.

Love the light weight of the bolt and the quality is awesome also. Used on one of my drop shot rods all season and it work flawlessly. So good i ordered more for my other finesse rods

I wanted to make sure I put this reel to the test before giving a review. I can say without a doubt it stands up to reels much more expensive. went out for a 2 day tourney and caught at least 40 bass in the 2 to 4 pound range drop shotting and the drag stayed smooth for every battle. you can spend more for a spinning reel but why bother.

I just started fishing ardent reels this year and love them! There was 0 in my boat now there is 6 of these reels in my boat! Amazing reels that will take all the beating you wanna put on them! Worth every penny!

One of the lightest spinning reels I've picked up. It has a nice smooth casting and just as smooth when it comes to reeling in a 1 pounder as it is a 8 pounder large mouth. Definitely request the fellow readers for yourself or even a gift for someone and I will definitely be buying another for myself.

This reel is no joke! I put a beating on the two that I own. Tube fishing for Ontario smallmouth and skipping senkos around docks. They are light weight and durable!

This is a great reel. Paired this with a 6-9 light fast action Ardent edge rod for a great drop shot combo. Hammered a lot of bass with this setup.

My favorite reel , casts great , no wind knots using braid , it works so good you can't believe it's under 100$ , I use it in salt water , no problems
