Every Ardent product comes with a limited factory warranty, which covers manufacturing and material defects. 

• • Reels  - Ardent Reels are warranted for a period of three (3) years from the date of the original retail purchase against defects in workmanship and /or materials.  Original retail purchaser should return defective products postage prepaid, insured with proof of purchase direct to Ardent at 420 Lake Street, Macon, MO 63552.  Ardent will repair or replace products at its option and return direct to the purchaser.

  • This warranty does not cover Ardent products damaged due to abuse, misuse, normal wear, or excessive wear caused by neglect of cleaning and lubrication required or general service requirements due to the owner's failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance.  
  • Ardent products not covered by the Ardent Limited Warranty may be repaired at a nominal charge to the purchaser, provided parts are available and the product is returned with return postage prepaid.  
  • ALL INCIDENTAL AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY. IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE LIFE OF THE WARRANTY.  SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF THE INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  THIS WARRANTY GIVE YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL TIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. 
  • Rods - Ardent Rods are warranted for a period of One (1) year from the date of the original retail purchase against defects in workmanship and /or materials.  Original retail purchaser should contact the Ardent Warranty department for return/destroy instructions.  Ardent may request that the purchaser return the defect rod postage prepaid, or the warranty department may request photos of the damaged product.  Ardent will repair or replace products at its option and return direct to the purchaser.
