Each product sold through the Ardent Tackle LLC website or Ardent site is backed by our satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product within 30 days of receiving it, please contact us for a return authorization and shipping instructions. We will promptly refund your purchase price upon receipt of the returned item. Returned items must be in new and sellable condition to be eligible for a refund.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the returning party. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to assist us in processing your claim.
